End of an era

Hi everyone,   With a heavy heart, I've finally come to the decision that I need to close down Smash Tees for the time being. I need to take a break and decide how to (and whether I can) continue. The online shop will officially close on Friday 31 August 2018 and I'll close the facebook page down then too. International Children's Book Day has made me ponder Rebel Stories for Boys

International Children's Book Day is 2 April 2018 so I thought it was the perfect time to reflect on a gap I've noticed in our kids' library.  In reading stories to my kids recently, I've noticed a dearth in stories aimed a young boys that tackle toxic masculinity in the same way books address feminist issues for young girls.
